- supervise and support engineering applications in close co-operation with the design and development departments and the IT departments involved
- are the interface between the Methods & Tools departments (specification of business requirements), IM Architecture (specification of the technical architecture, taking into account the IM strategy and infrastructure) and IM Operations (development and operation of the application)
- are responsible for the design and management of the support processes for the respective products in the Systems Engineering area
- analyse and specifiy the business requirements and coordinate activities as part of the management of change processes
- support within IM as contact person and focal point for engineering applications
- define and monitor the important indicators of the support process

YOU...
- have completed studies or training in the IT sector
- have relevant professional experience in a similar position
- have sound knowledge of IT fundamentals such as IT architectures, components and programming paradigms
- are experienced with the technical support of applications in the aviation sector
- have ideally knowledge of the Airbus/Airbus Helicopters project process
- have English skills (business fluent)
